How do we charge?!

Basically there will be ONE PAYMENT that you have to make.
The price below include shipping!

Charges :
RMB(Item Price + Courier 快递) / 2.3 + SGD $1(per item) = SGD xx.xx
For better understanding Please look at the example below.
Example: Rose Printed Long Dress
1ST Payment:
RMB($40 + $12) / 2.3 + SGD $1(per item) = SGD$22.60

delivered to us. Date & timing will announce on our website.
- We do advise our customers to go for Registered Postage as we
will not be responsible for any lost of items thru postage.
- Normal Postage will be charge on per item basis

SPREE ORDER PROCEDURE
Submit Your Order
- Click “Order form” above and copy the format in any of the Microsoft Office file with your order.
- Email to us at Joyful-shopping@hotmail.com
Awaiting For Payment Response
- We will reply your email within a day and advise your payment mode and amount.
Re-confirm Of Order
- We will reply and confirm your order.
Payment to be made
- After we have confirmed your order, payment 1 has to be made before sprees closed.
- Invoice will be issued to you.
Spree Purchasing
- We will submit the orders after the spree closed which take about 3 – 5 days.
Spree Update
- Email will be send to you if your item is OOS.
- We will request you to make a replacement or refund for that specific item.
- Other updates will be made in the website.
- This process will take about 2 weeks.
Items shipped out
- Items will be shipped to SG within 3 working days.
Spree Items Arrives
- We will inform you via email the day of item arrival.
- Payment 2 have to made before items collection.

Terms and conditions
- Please check carefully the item, color, price, URL link & etc. We won't be responsible if it's wrong because you send in the wrong items. I will make sure to check that your items are ordered accurately as stated in your order form, but we won’t be responsible if agent send out the wrong colour/item to me.
- Payment to be made within 24hrs after sending in the order form or if not state when you can make payment, else order will be void. Only paid orders will be taken in. An invoice will be issues to you through email after you have made the payment.
- Prices are fixed, no negotiation is allowed.
- No refunds will be made unless item is out of stock. Refund will be done only at the end of the Spree. Do note that for Taobao Spree, Agent fees will not be refunded. (Refund will be divided by 4.5)
- We will not hold any responsibility if items are damaged during delivery to mailing address.
- Prohibited items are not allowed. Examples, liquid form, powder form, food items, pornography, violent objects, etc.
- We will not responsible if items do not meet your expectations, be it in colour, quality, size, etc. (If it is colour issues, please understand that different computers have got different resolutions. If it is the size, do allow a variation of approximately 2cm.)
- We are not liable for any defect/loss of items through local postage. Please opt for registered postage, very highly encouraged!
- Please DO NOT participates in the spree if you do not trust us.
